Please submit your Section Tournament Information by clicking the button below.
It is easy! And remember, the brackets will NOT be publicly released until they have been finalized. Here is what to expect once you click the button:
- You will complete a simple form to provide your contact information.
- You will be redirected to a password-protected page. Enter the password provided to you by NCLLDAA staff.
- You will have access to each of the spreadsheets. There is a spreadsheet for each division of baseball and softball.
Finally – enter whatever information you have. It can ALWAYS be updated.
Section Tournaments
If you are hosting a Sections Tournament, please submit your tournament information by following the steps below:
- Click the appropriate button below to open the correct Division tournament spreadsheet
- Select the correct Section tab within the spreadsheet (e.g., “Section 2” or “Shasta Section”)
- Complete all required fields highlighted in yellow (you will only be able to edit these cells).
- Enter Host District and League
- Enter Tournament Location (provide as much as known. We will update if needed later before release.)
- Select the ONE section matching the # of teams expected to compete in your tournament and enter the Teams as drawn for your brackets.
Please provide as much information as you currently have available—even if details are not yet finalized. This will help us begin building the necessary web-based content. You can return to the spreadsheet at any time to update or add information as it becomes available. Alternatively, feel free to email the Lucas (webmaster) directly with questions or needed corrections.
For example:
- If you are deciding between four or five teams, please submit all five teams
- If game times are not yet confirmed, submit the dates you do have
- If you know the league who will host but not the specific field, submit what is known
- When the District champions become known, the bracket can be updated (even after tournament start)
- If a District team is added or removed, we will update as needed
Please note: Official tournament brackets will not be published until all information has been finalized.
